Please check it is the plant that is incorrect
Sometimes gardeners can think they planted one plant and it's really another one that they ordered at a different time. It's an easy mistake to make!
If you have an account you can log in and see previous orders with us and double check if you ordered a similar plant of a different colour. - Email us at admin@australianplantsonline.com.au, as soon as possible, if it definitely is the wrong colour/variety.
- Let us know your full name and email address - the ones you used to place the order - and the order number if you have it, so we can track your order faster.
- Include photographs of the plants in your email, so we can see the problem you have, and take steps to identify and resolve it.

We do not check those accounts daily, and cannot track your orders through their platforms.
