If you're having trouble progressing through the checkout form:
- Make sure all the required boxes with red asterisks are completed correctly.
- Make sure any "update" buttons are clicked. Occasionally they can reset.
- Make sure the Terms & Conditions box is ticked.
Still no luck?
Try a different browser and see if that does the trick.
Internet Explorer v11 is no longer supported by online banking platforms, so please switch to Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or another browser of your choice if you are using IE.
Try another payment method, if you have one.
Occasionally PayPal has communication issues with retail sites. This is not something we can control.
