Let us know exactly what you tried to do, and the time it occurred.
This helps our developers to find, identify, and hopefully fix the problem.
If you are trying to check out, and you live outside QLD/NSW, and the message is
"Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time"
then you have something in your cart we cannot ship to your state.
You'll see this in red text in the Shopping Cart and on the product page.
Remove that product and your order should go through.
